Like a lot of creative individuals, sometimes I hit a block. I was finding it hard to get the juices flowing a day or two ago, so I decided to devote 45 minutes to a little creative exploration. I went into PS with a photo I’d taken of some good friends that I always thought was perfectly suited to a mobsteresque poster, and went at it. It’s unconventional in some ways and I’m not sure I think the colorful portions of the portait suit the overall demeanor, but the best part is…who cares? I think sometimes it’s very imperative for people who work in a creative field to strip away ALL rules, creative briefs, guidelines, and critique and just go nuts. I clearly went a little nuts here.
